This coffee comes to us from the Idido Washing Station in a micro-region of Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. The lush forests of the region yield nuanced floral characteristics, articulate sweetness and sparkling acidity. We get subtle notes of jasmine, red grape, and sweetness reminiscent of coconut.
