Kunjin Microlot - Papua New Guinea

This coffee comes to us from Kunjin, a central mill in the Wahgi Valley of Papua New Guinea that purchases coffee cherries from smallholder farms (each about 3-4 acres). For this microlot, only the highest quality cherries are selected and then processed. With notes of black tea and clementine balanced with the sweetness of milk chocolate, this coffee is sweet and savory with just right amount of acidity.

This is a special-preparation lot, which means it underwent meticulous sorting throughout the processing which yields a much higher quality cup.
