Whole Bean Coffee

This coffee comes to us from the Biru Bekele Washing Station in the Oromia region of Ethiopia. The region is characterized by very high elevations, yielding nuanced floral characteristics, articulate sweetness and sparkling acidity. We get subtle notes of blueberry, chicory, and an acidity reminiscent of lemon.
