Olga Calle is a very passionate producer who is dedicated 100 percent to coffee production and to her family. She has 2 hectares of Caturra and Bourbon variety coffee on her farm, El Romerillo. She picks coffee ripe, depulps it, ferments it for 26 hours, and then puts it out to dry for 20–30 days. The result is a complex, yet subtle coffee that yields sweet flavors of sugarcane and vanilla paired with a light acidity reminiscent of peach.
