Brazil Sitio Colina: This coffee was grown by Marco Angelo Scalco along with his wife, Ana, and brother, Paulo. Because their farm is relatively small, their attention and care yields a very high quality coffee. This coffee is rich and creamy with notes of white chocolate, vanilla, and cashew.
Mexico Chiapas Comon Yaj Noptic Cooperative: This coffee was grown in the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, one of the world’s most diverse forest reserves. With notes of sugar cane, graham and a key lime acidity, this coffee is a complex and perfectly-balanced cup.
Tanzania Mbeya Mimba Estate: Mimba Estate, located in Mbozi, Mbeya in Southwest Tanzania, was established in 1995 by Joseph Meila. During harvest Mr. Joseph employs over 150 men and women from the surrounding community to assist with the production and processing of the coffee on the estate. The resulting coffee is sweet, with a sublte grapefruit acidity.
Guatemala Finca Beatriz: This coffee was grown by Felipe Ramirez on his farm in the mountains of the Huehuetenango region of Guetemala. With notes of sugarcane, vanilla, and cherry, this coffee is well-balanced and a sure crowd-pleaser.
